Personal contact

At Spikker Specials, we work on optimizing your production process. In doing so, it’s important that we can see the production lines and understand what’s needed to realize improvements. How do things work at your place? What should we take into account during the design process?

Unlike many other suppliers, we go further than simply offering what is being asked for. We think along right away from the application and look at all aspects that affect the performance of critical machine parts. Being physically present at customers’ sites is very important in this. That way, we can directly translate things into customized solutions and truly provide added value.

Is it a match?

Before we visit, there has already been an initial point of contact. In it, we discuss the customer’s wishes and identify any potential issues. From there, we determine whether we can offer the customer what they are looking for.

During that point of contact, we look at two things: the technical solution and the commercial aspect of the story. Will the costs match expectations? Does it make sense to visit the customer? Especially for more complex issues, it’s important to map that out thoroughly.
