Because that is exactly what we are committed to. It starts with our internal training programmes, which are an essential part of our operations. Our employees learn skills with us that they don’t get taught in the classroom. This way, they can operate our machines optimally.
External
But our doors are also wide open to, for example, interns from programmes such as Anton Tijdink Techniekopleidingen. Preparing the younger generation for a job in engineering—that is something we get a great deal of satisfaction from.
Expert jury visit
At the beginning of December, the expert jury will visit our company, during which we will give them a look at the way we work and our training programmes. The winner will be announced during the New Year’s reception. So keep an eye on our channels for the latest developments!
